Lodging at Frio River’s Edge

We have tried to provide everything you might need for your stay. See the amenities list below.

We are pet lovers, so we understand that you may want to bring your four legged friends with you. That is allowed as long as they are house trained, well behaved, and free of fleas. Please don’t leave your pet loose and unattended in the house. We would appreciate it if you would crate them when left alone. In addition, there are gates on the back deck that can be locked in order to secure your pet if they must be left for unattended for a while, but be cautious of the temperatures.

Ammenities:

• Fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, etc.)
• Linens, towels provided
• Blow dryer, curling iron and an iron to press your clothes
• Washer and dryer
• Foosball table, and horseshoes as well as a BBQ pit on site
• 2 bedrooms ( king and two queen sized beds on one, king, a queen, and a full sized bed in the other)
• Located on on 2 acres of land
• The rooms are very large there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax
• Large front porch to watch the wildlife from
• Deer feeder, bird baths, and bird houses to attract animals
• Huge deck with a view of the river and the hills surrounding the area
